Veronica has done a wonderful job at putting together the best food list Ive seen and has been kind enough to allow me to link you to it.
Never feed your beardie anything larger than the width between its eyes. This can cause impaction.
Also Lightning Bugs, Box Elder Bugs, Lady Bugs, Rhubarb, and Avocado are all highly toxic to your little guy.
